6. After confirming that it's OK to have Input/Output directories the same, you'll be at the Confirm Settings screen:
Files types *.bmp are being converted to jpg, and the file names aren't changing (just the type). Since the conversion is to jpg, you can still set the jpg compression (higher is better quality).
7. Click GO
